About the Role
CRM and Lead Management:
- Manage inbound lead channels efficiently – inbound calls, chat platform, WhatsApp
- Understand client needs / requirements and convey to Sales team
- Own and update the CRM tool on a real time basis
- Sharing weekly / monthly reports with Hive leadership on lead performance (statistics, conversion ratios etc.)
- Support Sales team in creating customized quotes/proposals fo specific client needs
Lead Generation, Closing and Servicing:
- Generate direct leads through local market research, IPC / broker relationships and aggregators
- Assist with deal closure – agreement execution, on-boarding, change requests, etc.
- Account management – act as a connect between the client team and Hive operations team to deliver best-in-class occupancy experience
