About the Role
Brand Leadership:
- Act as the brand custodian and leader for The Hive
- Develop and implement a cohesive, integrated, omnichannel marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and enhance brand image
- Part of leadership team to chart out growth/focus areas for the business and brand
Marketing Strategy:
- Create, monitor, track marketing budgets and improve ROI on marketing spends
- Design, develop, and lead omni-channel marketing campaigns (across all digital channels and affiliate network)
- Drive local campaigns together with location teams, for brand awareness and lead generation
- Work with the business/sales teams to develop strategies to drive new customer acquisition
Community & Customer Engagement:
- Lead and guide the Community team to curate events/webinars/activities to engage with current/target customer base
- Work closely with the Hive center leads for successful execution of online/offline events across Hive centers
- Focus on creating a unique and close-knit community experience through engagement events
- Leverage the community to drive the growth of the company
